Terms of Usage

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and service requirements. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Service Appointments

When booking a service, you agree to bring your vehicle at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late arrivals or no-shows. Our service times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.

Service Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

For subscription services, you must provide 30 days notice before cancellation. Any unused portion of prepaid services will be handled according to our refund policy.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will inspect your concerns and may offer a re-service or refund at our discretion.

Refunds for prepaid services or packages will be prorated based on the services used. Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment method.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

You must inform us of any existing damage or special conditions of your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage. Our liability is limited to damages directly caused by our negligence during service.

Service Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If any service does not meet our standards, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid for 7 days after service completion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or special requirements. Payment is required at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Regular review of these terms is recommended.
